MK-Ultra était un projet secret et illégal de la CIA mené de 1953 à 1973 aux États-Unis au Canada, notamment à Montréal.
Il visait à développer des techniques de contrôle mental par l'expérimentation sur des sujets humains, souvent sans leur consentement.
Ces expériences incluaient l'administration de drogues comme le LSD, l'hypnose, la privation sensorielle et d'autres formes de torture psychologique.
Les détails du programme ont été révélés au public dans les années 1970 grâce à des enquêtes et des documents déclassifiés, exposant des violations éthiques majeures et des abus de pouvoir.

Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent stretching
Fabric
Made from specially spun fibers that make very durable and smooth fabric that is perfect for printing. The "Natural" color is made with unprocessed cotton, which results in small black flecks throughout the fabric.
